We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead critical telecommunications and infrastructure projects. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and successful delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the maintenance and optimization of core network elements, fiber & access networks, and electrical infrastructure.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, for both routine and emergency operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and engineering, on project proposals and financial planning.
• Ensure projects adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs), industry safety standards (HSE), and internal policies.
• Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and performance management to project team members.
• Coordinate and approve material requirements and procurement processes to support project needs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecommunications preferred). A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management within the telecom or infrastructure sector, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
• Skills: Proven abilities in project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
• Language: Fluent in English and Arabic.
